Process Optimization and AI Governance
We map how your work happens, remove the steps that waste time, and write clear rules for using AI safely.

The problem
Tasks get done differently each time. Knowledge sits with two or three people. Your team already uses AI tools, but nobody has agreed what's allowed, what data goes in, or who checks the results.

Workshops we've given on this topic
AI Literacy for B2B and B2C Teams
A practical introduction to what AI can and can't do, using examples from business-to-business and business-to-consumer work. Teams already use AI, so this gives them shared language and safe habits to use it well and avoid costly mistakes. It works best when people start using AI tools in daily work or before you write an AI policy, and team leaders, marketing and customer-facing teams ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to be using AI already?
No. If you haven't started, it's the best moment to set the rules.
Can we do only process optimization, or only AI governance?
Yes. They work well together, but each stands alone.
Will you recommend software?
Only if the process needs it. We fix the process first, because new software on top of a messy process makes it worse. We don't sell tools or take commissions.
Does the AI policy cover legal requirements?
We write it with the rules that apply to you in mind, such as GDPR and the EU AI Act. It isn't legal advice, so have a lawyer review it if you need legal sign off.
