Diagnosis
We look at your whole organization, including strategy, operations, people, finances, and impact, and tell you plainly what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first.
At a glance
The problem
Something isn't working, but you can't name it. Growth has stalled, the team is stretched, or funders ask questions you can't answer. Everyone has a theory, and nobody has the full picture.

Who it's for

Frequently asked questions
How much of our team's time does it take?
About an hour per person interviewed, plus one session to present the findings. One contact person also spends a few hours sharing documents and arranging interviews.
Will what our staff say stay confidential?
Yes. We report findings by theme and never by name, so people can speak honestly.
What if we disagree with the findings?
You see a draft first. We correct any facts we got wrong, but we don't soften conclusions.
Do we need a diagnosis before using your other services?
No. It helps, though, because it shows what to fix first. If you have a recent assessment, we use that.
