Workshops we run

Ready-made starting points, shaped around your own organization. Pick one, combine several, or ask us for something new.

  • Theory of Change Lab

Map the change you want to create, for whom, and the assumptions behind it. It turns a vague idea of impact into a clear chain from activities to results, so everyone works toward the same change. It suits new programs, funding proposals and teams that describe their impact in different ways, and founders, program leads and funders often ask for it.

  • AI Literacy for B2B and B2C Teams

A practical introduction to what AI can and can't do, using examples from business-to-business and business-to-consumer work. Teams already use AI, so this gives them shared language and safe habits to use it well and avoid costly mistakes. It works best when people start using AI tools in daily work or before you write an AI policy, and team leaders, marketing and customer-facing teams ask for it.

  • Double Materiality Lab

Learn to assess how sustainability issues affect your business and how your business affects people and the planet, so you focus on what counts. It helps when you prepare sustainability reporting or a strategy, or respond to investor and client requests, and sustainability, finance and compliance teams usually ask for it.

  • Strategy Toolkit

Learn when and how to use three classic strategic tools: SWOT, PESTEL and BCG Matrix. They give you a quick, structured view of your strengths, your environment and your portfolio, so decisions rest on more than opinion. Use them when you plan a new year, consider a new program or market, or compare options; leadership teams and boards often ask for it.

  • Empathic Communication for Funding

Learn to understand what funders care about, and to pitch, write and speak with empathy. It makes your message clearer and more convincing, and it is most useful before a funding application, a pitch or a conversation with a donor or investor. Founders, fundraisers and communication leads ask for it.

Previous work

Project
B2C AI Literacy for Sustainability Professionals

The problem

Sustainability professionals, consultants and ESG managers lose hours to reporting and data collection. Most know AI could help but don't know where to start or how to use it safely.

What I did

I taught a 15 hour online course for Code for All, a Portuguese tech education school. It was a practical, DGERT certified course. Students explored the theory behind AI and tested free AI tools in a practical way, such as to speed up reporting, automate data collection, work with frameworks like CSRD and B Corp, and build safer, more ethical AI workflows.

The result

Every student finished the course. All graduates report using at least one tool or workflow from the course within 30 days.
