AI Governance and Responsible Adoption

We map the technology and AI your organization uses today, write clear rules for using AI safely and measure what changes.

At a glance

The problem

Your team uses technology and AI tools that nobody has fully listed or understands its implications. Nobody has agreed what data can go in, who approves a new tool or purchase, or who checks the results. Decisions get made case by case, and risks stay unseen until something goes wrong.

Timeline
Flexible. Depends on scope and your team's availability.
Format
Working sessions with the people who use the tools.
Delivery
Remote or in person.
Investment
On request.

Who it's for

  • Growing teams, organizations handling sensitive data, and anyone starting to use AI in daily work.

Who it's not for

  • Organizations that want a policy on paper without changing how people work.

What's included

Deliverables, depending on what you need

  • An AI use policy draft tailored to your organization
  • Rules for approval, human review, and vendor questions
  • An action plan with priorities and owners

How we do it

  1. We list the tools and AI your team uses, what data goes into them, who owns each one, and where daily work depends on them.
  2. We work with your team to write the rules and a plan to put them in place.
  3. We report on and measure what changed, what didn't, and what to adjust.

Workshops we've given on this topic

  • AI Literacy for B2B and B2C Teams

A practical introduction to what AI can and can't do, using examples from business-to-business and business-to-consumer work. Teams already use AI, so this gives them shared language and safe habits to use it well and avoid costly mistakes. It works best when people start using AI tools in daily work or before you write an AI policy. Built for team leaders, marketing and customer-facing teams.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be using AI already?

No. If you haven't started, the diagnosis covers the technology you do use, and you set the rules before AI arrives.

Can we buy only part of this?

You can stop after the diagnosis. The rules always come from what the diagnosis finds, so every engagement starts there.

Will you tell us which software to buy?

No. We don't choose platforms or set budgets. If the diagnosis finds a gap, we describe the need and the criteria, and you decide. We don't sell tools or take commissions.

Will you carry out the changes for us?

The plan and training are included. Support during implementation is optional and scoped separately.

Does the AI policy cover legal requirements?

We write it with rules like GDPR and the EU AI Act in mind. It isn't legal advice, so have a lawyer review it if you need legal sign off.
